Trish Loura – Real Estate Paralegal/Closing Coordinator
Trish’s responsibilities center upon coordinating all real estate closings, including review of documents, preparation of closing disclosures and/or closing statements, disbursement of funds, recording of documents and issuance of title insurance policies. Trish has an Associate’s Degree from Lyndon State College and extensive law office and banking experience. She began working for Mr. Neylon in 1997.
Deborah Thomas – Paralegal
Deborah had previous experience in managing a law office and has worked for Mr. Neylon since 2005, providing assistance in litigation matters, primarily in the areas of Family Court, Probate Estate Settlement, and General Real Estate support services. Debbie is a 1973 graduate of Katherine Gibbs School (Boston) with a Certificate of Secretarial Studies and also obtained a Paralegal Studies Certificate in 1981 from the University of New Hampshire Division of Continuing Education.
Kim Fontaine – Administrative Assistant
Kim has worked for Mr. Neylon since 2015 as his direct administrative support person responsible for document preparation, management of client contacts and other related support services. Kim has taken a wide array of courses offered through the American Bankers Association and the Center for Financial Training throughout her previous 12-year banking career.
